The customised ring does not require any cuts or joints or other manual operations that may generate flaws or contaminate materials. The RINGTREADER 2000 and 1000 machines automatically centre the ring, place it on the casing without any deforming tension and roll it so that it adheres and is balanced. As an alternative, for average production capacity retreading processes, the MULTIFUNCTIONAL (92 or 95) machine performs the same outstanding work without as many automatic devices.
